Kenneth R. Kranz, MD

Dr. Kranz joined IMG in 1991. He received a physical therapy certificate from New York University in 1974. He graduated from New York Medical College in 1980. He completed an internship in medicine with the Tripler Army Medical Center and a residency in internal medicine with Fitzsimmons Army Medical Center. He also completed educational programs in liver transplantation at the University of Nebraska and medical acupuncture at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Dr. Kranz is board certified in internal medicine, gastroenterology and holistic medicine and currently serves as clinical assistant professor at the University of Wyoming.

He is affiliated with a host of organizations, including the American College of Physicians, the American Gastroenterological Association and the American College of Gastroenterology.

Scott McRae, MD

Dr. McRae joined the gastroenterology team at Internal Medicine Group in June 2013. He was born in Colorado but lived and went to grammar school in Cheyenne. He earned his medical degree at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Dr. McRae then completed his internship, residency and a gastroenterology fellowship while in the Army. While in the Army, he served as the Gastroenterology Service Chief from 2005 until his retirement in May of 2013

Dr. McRae is board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology.

He is a member of the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and the American College of Gastroenterology.
